About Regina
Hi all, I’m Regina Pigsley – a writer, director, producer, and humanitarian whose work spans global crisis response, independent film, music videos, and live concert broadcasts.
For the past two years, I’ve been a core part of World Central Kitchen’s Gaza response, helping coordinate the delivery of life-saving food aid in one of the most complex humanitarian environments in the world. That work has deeply shaped how I see storytelling: not just as entertainment, but as a way to preserve humanity, build empathy, and move people toward action.
My filmmaking career is rooted in impact-driven stories that center women, youth, and overlooked communities. My award-winning short film The Phoenix screened at 37 international festivals, and I co-produced my first feature film, In Flight, which was announced in Deadline. Most recently, I directed The Carolers, a heartfelt short film about childhood, class, and compassion, set in Nuneaton, England.
I’ve also directed and produced music videos and concert broadcasts, including projects connected to Outside Lands, Bonnaroo, and EDC, for companies such as Capitol Records, Hulu, and Amazon.
Across all of my work, I’m drawn to stories that empower, uplift, and challenge the status quo. I believe food is essential to survival, and art is essential to the soul. Through my work with WCK and in film, I continue to fight for both.
If you’re interested in collaborating on a film, music video, branded story, humanitarian campaign, or impact-driven project, I’d love to connect.
